We are honoured to have the generous support of many families and old scholars all of whom should be proud of the impact of their giving.

Our most recent campaign raised more than $6 million in support of the School’s largest and most ambitious building project in its history – The Shipsters Road building for Middle School Art, Science and Technology. The impressive new facility opened its doors to students on Monday 22 July 2019.

The Shipsters Road building for Middle School Art, Science and Technology

Thanks to the very generous support of the Pembroke community and more than 800 individual gifts, this project is a true demonstration of what is possible when the community comes together.

Significant gifts to the building include:

  • Jin Bridge
The bridge connecting the King’s Campus with the building
  • Game Studio
    Art studio
  • The Balnaves Enterprise Hub
    Art enterprise space
  • Balnaves Place
Ground and first floor atrium space
  • Opus 722
Sculpture By Robert Klippel, kindly donated by Neil Balnaves AO (old scholar '62)

Contributing that little bit extra towards the Pembroke Building Fund just makes logical sense to us with our daughters already benefiting from the School’s foresight to purchase the Shipsters Road property and build a STEM-focused facility. I know the School is carrying some debt on the purchase and build, so any contribution helps the School pay off the debt that little bit faster.
